• What preparation is expected beforehand
• What aftercare applies and how long rooms must be left
• Whether follow-up is included and on what basis

For a landlord or agent, ask for it in a form you can put on a file. A quotation and an invoice that describe the work specifically are what make a deduction defensible or a defence credible, depending on which end of it you are.
